Dear blue-collar professionals, sharing a lifetime of experience and wisdom with you is an honor. My name is Bill Fister, and my journey in trading and mastering emotions has spanned over three decades. 

 Like many of you, I have ventured into uncharted territories, faced formidable obstacles that tested my resolve, and relished the exhilaration of riding the crests of success. However, my path was not paved with academic accolades. In fact, I dropped out of school in the 9th grade, not the Scholastical Guinness by any stretch. 

After a tour in the US Army, I stumbled upon my first encounter with the financial markets when I responded to a help-wanted ad for stockbrokers. During the interview, I was candidly informed that passing the Series 7 exam to become a stockbroker was a long shot, given my background. But I was determined, even though I had to scrape the funds for study materials and the exam itself. With just a couple of weeks of intense study, I faced an intimidating test. Walking into the examination room, I overheard fellow test-takers discussing their college degrees, making me feel like a fish out of water. However, to my astonishment, I completed the test and received a passing score. As I left the exam center, I couldn't help but overhear college graduates lamenting their failures – a moment that fueled my enthusiasm. 

 I served as a broker for about two years before realizing that a college degree could enhance my ability to serve my clients effectively. With three years of college behind me, a Fortune 500 company came knocking, offering me a role as a territory sales manager. As a single father and struggling college student, I couldn't resist this opportunity, prompting me to leave college and join the world's largest tobacco company. 

 Two years of promoting cigarettes were enough, and I embarked on my own journey. I founded a construction cleaning business inspired by one my family operated in Phoenix, AZ. Over time, this venture evolved into a landscaping and masonry business I managed for almost two decades until the physical demands became too much for my aging body. 

 During my time as a broker, a friend introduced me to technical analysis, which ignited a passion that never dimmed. I immersed myself in every facet of technical analysis and traded the markets whenever I could gather a few bucks. I experienced some remarkable wins but was equally familiar with devastating losses. The missing piece of the puzzle became clear about five years ago when I stumbled upon "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas. It revealed that success in trading hinges on mastering emotions – a lesson I had yet to learn. I began recognizing how emotions like fear, greed, hope, regret, overconfidence, anxiety, frustration, panic, euphoria, disappointment, stress, indecision, and impatience influenced my trading outcomes. For the past five years, I have relentlessly dedicated myself to becoming a master of my emotions in trading. 

 I can't claim to have uncovered the elusive "magic black box" or amassed millions from the financial markets. However, I can proudly assert that my trading results have dramatically transformed. I now confidently proclaim that I am a consistently successful trader. 

 Having been a blue-collar professional for over two decades, my journey was merely a disguise for my true calling – helping others master their emotions in trading and investing, whether for their financial future or sheer enjoyment. I hold certifications in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching, Life Purpose Coaching, Confidence Coaching, The Law of Attraction, and Hypnotherapy.
